So, what does a non-traditional occupation mean?
Non-Traditional Occupations (NTO) are careers in which less than 25 percent of the workforce is made up of one gender. For example, men in cosmetology and nursing, and women in IT, criminal justice, and automotive.
More importantly, NTO careers mean fulfillment of a personal dream and the opportunity to do something you love.
