Principles of Management
Students learn about the four managerial functions of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling in contemporary organizations. Students gain insight into personal behaviors and how to turn managerial theories into personal managerial practices.
Leadership for Business Excellence
Develop strong self-awareness through personal change and enhancement in this course. Strong professional skills are the foundation for success, leading you to strengthen the core communication and interpersonal skills necessary to achieve excellence in business.
Innovative Business Mindset
In this course, students will define the traits and mindset of entrepreneurs. Students will use tools to determine their personal entrepreneurial traits. Students will examine a variety of entrepreneurial companies (small, social, and global). Students will understand the difference between entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs.
