Visit Us at the Business Education Center

CVTC’s Business Education Center features a complete range of student services and is a hub of activity for the College and the community. You can find adult education, financial aid, diversity & disability and veterans services here, and access individualized help at Student Central. The Learning Center offers academic services, a computer lab, and the library. Visit Shear Inspiration Salon and Spa and come out looking sharp, grab a bite to eat at 620 West pop-up restaurant, visit with friends in the large commons area, or get involved in activities through the Student Life office.

From computers and cars to culinary and construction, the Business Education Center is home to a wide range of business-related programs. It is also where you’ll find the Administration, Foundation & Alumni, and Public Safety offices. Students and the public make frequent use of Casper Conference Center, the Big Rivers, and RCU Community centers for meetings and events.

PARKING INFORMATION

Parking permits are required to be displayed in designated staff lots. All students must register their vehicle(s) online to park in the student lot. Visitors are required to sign-in using the iPad kiosk inside Doors 1, 3, or 11.

P6 30-Minute Visitor Lot: Sign in using the iPad kiosk inside Door 11.

P7 Pay/Hour Lot: This lot is $1 per hour and only accepts cash or credit cards.

Student Services

Academic Advising 
​Academic advisors provide guidance on general and program specific registration information. We encourage you to meet with your academic advisor throughout your academic career at CVTC to ensure you have all the help and guidance you need.

Public Safety 
The Department of Public Safety is responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for the entire college​ community.

Food Pantry 
The food pantry is available for all current CVTC students experiencing food insecurity while pursuing their degree.

Dental Clinic 
All basic services are offered at the CVTC Dental Clinic and performed by qualified students under supervision or by licensed dental professionals. The clinic is located across the street from the Business Education Center.

Shear Inspiration - CVTC Salon & Spa is a state-of-the-art salon providing haircut, color, manicure, and pedicure services to students and community members.

620 West Restaurant 
At 620 West, students hone their skills in all aspects of their studies, from food preparation to restaurant management. The menus rotate weekly and feature a variety of cuisines, techniques, and themes through the semester.

GED/HSED Prep 
CVTC offers two options for high school completion: the GED certificate and the HSED.

High School Academies 
High School Academies are a series of courses that lead into a degree program. High School Academies can be offered at a CVTC campus or at the high school location.

English Language Learning 
All ELL classes are non-credit and offered tuition free. Materials are available for use in class and several of our textbooks are available for purchase in CVTC's online bookstore.
