Find Your Future in Agriculture, Food & Natural Resources

Nurture your interest in taking care of animals, growing crops, conserving natural resources, or caring for plants that nourish us and beautify our lives through CVTC’s Agriculture, Food & Natural Resources programs. In the Agriculture area, you can choose between Animal Science Management and Agronomy tracks, pursue both, or explore Farm Business. In Landscape, Plant and Turf Management, you can build skills that can lead to work in greenhouses, golf courses, landscaping and lawn care companies, and much more.

At CVTC, you can live your passion for what grows and gives us food, and get started on a career you’ll love. And you’ll be learning in hands-on fashion at CVTC. Students work directly in greenhouses, farms, and fields, using the latest technology and scientific methods. CVTC’s cooperative arrangements with area farms and businesses will give you real-world experience. Companies in these fields actively recruit CVTC graduates and placement rates are extremely high, with competitive annual salaries.
