- Develop "County Snapshot" concept to track and document community engagement activities by counties district wide.
- Celebrate/reward examples of engagement by CVTC employees.
Strategy 4.2: Identify and enhance existing and potential stakeholder partnerships.
KPI Alignment: Donations (Target – $1.4M)
Objectives:
- Organize a community stakeholder advisory committee or forum to help identify engagement opportunities.
- Define, organize and prioritize community engagement entities and activities.
