June Update

June 26, 2023  |  Priority 4

There has been a flurry of activity this past month working to define key performance indicators as well as refine major objectives within the Culture of Community Engagement Strategy. The “share and present” portion included multiple strategic planning steering committee meetings, Strategy Team Chair brainstorming, meeting with several members of the President’s Cabinet, and just recently, presenting to the CVTC District Board.  Our Strategy Team will reconvene in July to discuss the next steps in the process. A huge thanks to the members of the team for their passion and creativity in laying the groundwork for this important initiative!

May 1, 2023  |  Priority 4

The Culture of Community Engagement Strategy Team has been hard at work for several months cultivating creative new ways to promote, encourage, identify, collect, track and demonstrate all the wonderful community engagement opportunities available within the CVTC district. We are excited to be moving into the “share & present” portion of this process and have enjoyed engaging with the steering committee members and will soon be meeting with the President’s cabinet for feedback and discussion on the progress that has been made thus far.
