Businesses are Talking

Last year and this spring we have had four employees attend the Emerging Leader and HR Basics for New Leaders Series. Connie LeCleir-Meyer is an excellent instructor and does an exceptional job teaching these programs. I personally took the HR Basics class and found it very informative and spot on for our needs. Connie also does both a great job instructing and engaging the class. I have also checked in with each of our staff taking the Emerging Leader Series and hear nothing but praise for the class and the job Connie is doing. Connie also recently took me up on an invitation to tour our facility this spring to better understand our company needs and work environment. I really appreciated this visit and was delighted she took the time out to do so. I am very impressed and grateful we have an educational partner like CVTC to help our employees grow and better themselves.
