Scheduling Parameters
- Utilize facilities during standard building operation hours unless approved by Campus Manager / Facilities Administration. Consider utilizing alternate facilities that are already open for evening and weekend offerings.
- View our standard hours of availability.
- Events will not be scheduled on weekends connected to or within holiday breaks. Blackout dates to be identified on an annual basis and communicated to Campus Managers, Schedulers and Program Assistants.
- Utilization of Commons at BEC only if availability and capacity cannot be achieved in Casper or other campus locations and will only be utilized for events of 2 or more hours. Exceptions may be granted upon the approval of Cabinet for recognized student events.
- External users may book no more than one year in advance.
- Usage of parking lots are subject to availability and approval by Public Safety in collaboration with Facilities. Rates are dependent upon use.
